fight between my cat and dog?

Question

have a bulldog type of a breed..and a normal housecat
they hate each other and wanna tear each other apart
can there be anything done to make peace between them?
at first my dog didn't attack the cat..but the cat did! (when he was a puppy)
so the fight is on now

if they are grown up by now,theres nothing you can REALLY do. just always be on the lookout and give both equal attention and dont shout when they fight,that makes animal frustrated and they'll fight harder. good luck though

I dont know how to make the peace between them. But a squirt gun when they do fight may stop the battle for the moment. Once they know they will get squirted all they have to do is see the squirt gun wont have to use it and they will stop. Hope this helps

my cat always beats up my dog
my dog learnt very quick not to mess with the cat
but over time i have seen them cuddled up together

if you seperate them it will get worse you can control the dog easier so teach him to ignore the cat, say NO if hes looking at the cat, get the thought out of his head

Cats get very defensive of their territory and people, yr cat will settle down in time
