I've had problems from getting a computer with video cards in it that werent compatible with the motherboard, to waiting a week for a $10 cable that was supposed to be in stock and shipped overnight....I've referred tens of thousands of dollars of business to them, but will never again!!!!! There product could be the best in the market, but with this kind of support you're better off going to some retail chain to purchase computer.

Dell. Only three keystrokes away from hell. I don't think it's a coincidence. Yer in Dell - hell, dude.

My husband literally spent hours and hours on the phone with their tech support, getting nowhere with a computer that had some real problems. A new computer.

My advice.... buy your computers at Sam's club from now on and purchase an extended warranty. They will work with you. It's the only way to go.

I agree with you. When I first got my desktop, I called for some information and the man that answered acted like he had better things he could be doing! I almost said something evil to him, but I held my tongue. Good luck.

yes, you will get this with most companies, they have an onscreen responce list. That is, when you say something, they look it up and find their responce. It's pretty dumb.
