Imagine that, and in a community of fine outstanding, loving, compassionate Christians, who would not throw a stone if they themselves had any sin.

I find that 99.99% of christians are hypocrites, they talk about letting god judge, but, they will judge a person in a heart beat.

Just keep at the hunt. I am sure that you will find a decent person, that will allow you to continue with your life, one that will realize that you have PAID your debt to society.

Best of hopes to you.

And you didn't know any of this before you tried to break into someone else's property? You'd never seen a TV program about someone who couldn't get a job after jail time?

The fact is, you knew perfectly well what might happen, but you did the crime anyway. That indicates that you have no respect for the law, for society, or for the people in it.

So, why would someone want to be a friend to a person that doesn't respect them? Why would someone offer a job to a person who doesn't respect the law and has tried to steal before?

The fact is, you have to decide if you are ready to accept the rules of society. If so, you are going to have to spend a huge amount of time and energy winning back the respect of people - society owes you nothing, and you have to earn everything you want.

There are organizations that will help place offenders in jobs. They won't be great, and they won't be glamorous or well paying or particularly fun. But if you want to get back into society, you WILL take a job that is offered, and you will work hard and you will not complain. After a few years POSSIBLY - just possibly, you will earn enough respect that some people might consider you friend material; and you might also be able to move on to a better paying and more enjoyable position.

Just remember whenever you get angry or frustrated about your position - you did this to yourself; no-one else is to blame.

What it takes his hard work and when you make newfriends ake sure they are not a bad influence, Seek counseling and for the time being take any kind of job. Stay clean and in time the world will look at you differently. We have all come to points where we think there is no hope. You have to reach out for it and not brood.

Canada has a program to get rid of your criminal record, you have to work for it, but it is doable. Remember life is a marathon not a sprint, so if you have to jump thru hoops then start jumping and stay focused.
good luck.
