relies upon what you recommend through use MySpace hostile to you. in case you've been stuck surfing MySpace at artwork once you're able to not were then they could, you need to be operating at artwork and under no circumstances surfing the internet on corporation time/factors. in case you revealed some thing on MySpace which your corporation idea develop into beside the point they could as well. As such this is going for some thing you position up on the internet, that is everywhere no longer only MySpace. except that i do not see different the clarification why they could fireplace you because of MySpace.

Unless your employer advertised the job as working in cold conditions, such as warehouse for example, it is not reasonable. That said, you're probably fighting a losing battle. You could complain, but its tough to win this kind of battle - even if the thermostat went up, chnaces are you'd be marked as a troublemaker by someone who thinks 58 degrees is Ok. I'd dress warmly and seriously look for another place to work.

No I think he is a little cheap with the heat and he may be comfortable wearing a jacket in work but I would tell him that he either puts the heat up of find someone else.

Absolutely! It's his business, and he, like our great Commander in Chief, Curious George W., is the decider. The *only* decider.
However, if you have some matches and a metal trash can, you could start tossing TPS reports in, and start a little fire to warm you up.

well, I would think that he would want his staff to move quicker but in reality he probably knows that if he cranks up the heat that it could blow your heater... I am sure like mine it has been working overtime. I would just try to be dressed in layers so that if you are too hot you can loose some stuff.
