Let's see...I'll list a few off the top of my head and maybe something will interest you

static electricity would be fun! You can create it and also discuss things like why you get 'zapped' when you touch someone else

if you like sodas, how about talking about carbonation? That mentos/diet coke thing is really taking off, so you may want to touch on that, but focus on carbonation and how it's created, maintained, lost, etc...

I saw one on fingernails once, of all things. There were discussion panels about the layers, coloring, health, etc.... and pics that folks could look at to compare their own to. Everyone who went by was looking at their own nails and the 'moons' and coloring

given the recent storms, how about ice storms and their formation and impact on trees

snow - how to compute rainfall amounts out of how much snow you get

carbon monoxide -importance, creation, dangers

bottled water - is it really better?

I'll add more as I think of some - this is fun and I hope it helps you.

something rather simple is to display how contaminants get into water sources from land sources...what you need is an aquarium half filled with rocks and dirt (or sand) on one side..the other side would hold water), a simple pump (not a real strong one...a turkey baster would actually work in this capacity but will take longer)..and some food coloring....sprinkle food coloring on the "land" and then rain on it with the pump...the dye will make its way into the "water" area rather quickly...explain the food coloring acts just like chemical pesticides used on crops.

How about snot? The speed of snot, what it is comprised of, etc....a bit gross, but folks would remember it!
