How do you even answer such an insulting question? Most Americans collecting welfare benefits are white!!! The question implies that the system was set up only for black people and that whites don't collect it. People of color make up a disproportionate percentage of those on the rolls but as far as flat out numbers go the number of whites receiving assistance is greater. Keep in mind people of color are also disproportionately poorer.

Interesting question. I guess it depends on where you live and who is in charge of your case. Just take them all the required documents proving your income and expenses. And try not to stay on it too long because it can ruin your life. Some people think only lazy people need welfare, but they don't realize that most people receiving it also work. It is a requirement in most cases.

As whites are the majority in the USA, there are more whites on welfare than blacks.
If you had "all your ducks in a row" then you wouldn't be needing welfare, now would you?

If your income is below the poverty line and you met the standards then yes you can get on welfare no matter your color.You may have to get rid of your computer because that is a luxury item

being black isnt a requirment for welfare,
that would be prejudice and any race can qualify.
you just have to have all of the income and personal item qualifications.

If your income is below a certin level and you meet the requirments then you can apply. Dosen't matter what color you are.
