hi, im an avid final fantasy fan so i should be able to answer this one,
Seymour Omnis relies very heavily on his elemental magic spells, they aren't that powerful but he casts each one of them four times per turn which can get rather painful. If you cast Reflect it may be helpful but he will only use dispel. Whichever spell he uses, have lulu double cast the opposing spell. Also have yuna casting her nul spells so you are constantly protected against his magic. Hoped that helped.

haste-> nul magic-> summon aeons according to what kind of magic he's using.
or do it the easy way. have rikku mix trio of 9999 or have all the aeons use their overdrives on him
