Contact the court that ordered the custody paperwork, and have them send you a new copy or notarized copy, but it has to be from the actual court. Or maybe your attorney could have a copy???

call the clerk of court whare you got the decree
they can send you a nother coppy for a per page fee

write to the court house in the state and town you were divorced in.
