talk to your parents more on the matter, they will know what is in your best interest, you are too young to be making such a serious decision at the present time, if you want to check out the area then do it during the time that school is out and let your parents know how you feel about it....

Are your parents in the picture? What do they say if they are? Why is your sister going there, and would she be willing to take you on as a responsibility (being that you are a minor)? This is a huge decision, and you need to weigh it carefully. It might be better to wait until after the school year is over, and go during/for the summer to try it out.

Wait until you get out of school and then go? Esp. if you will be living there for good. I heard that London is such an awesome place...everyone should experience that. Good Luck!

You probably don't have alot of choice in the matter, you're only 13. You need to do what your mother and father thinks is best for you. You're too young to make important decisions like this on your own.

You might consider talking with both your parents and your sister.
