Im 22 years old only have a job that pays 50$ a month, yes that is right 50 dollars a month. I have applied to jobs all over, made phone calls back had a few interviews, NO LUCK. I am good with children and animals, so maybe I could be a baby sitter, but I may be too old for that? If I had made enough money can someone like me live in an appartment on my own? I have no college experiance and do not have the money for college, so its not exactly an option. What can I do? I need to move out, I don't want to live here forever, and I want to be able to provide a safe place for my girlfriend to go to.. wether she does go to a group home, or stays home, I want her to live with me someday. Any suggestions? And don't give me those work at home scams please.. I don't believe in them. I almost had became so desperate that I wanted to go on social security however my father said you cannot go on it for ADHD.. so that is out of the question

Well, you can do pet sitting, babysitting, running errands, eldercare, cooking, moving, grocery shopping, etc. Don't buy those get-rich-quick schemes. There are lot of thing you can do to make more than $50/month. Try to get your name advertised out there, try benefito.com.

Have you requested more hours from your current employer, or asked if you can branch out to other areas w/in the company?

Like someone else mentioned, busboys can make good money and then work their way up to servers, but first you have to get hired. Also baggers at grocery stores can work up to checkers (who are paid well at many chain stores)

I do have a college degree, but when we moved to the area we now live, jobs are very low paying, but demanding. So, I started my own business and it was easier than I thought it would be. It's not a glamorous job, and it is physically demanding ... I clean houses for people, and earn $25-35 an hour in an area where the average pay is $10/hour. I can give you tips & pointers on how to get started if you want, email me. Your biggest item/expense will be a vacuum, but I started out w/ my personal vacuum. Commercial office cleaning is also an area with demand.

Your local unemployment office might be able to help you w/ training & referrals to jobs too (see link below, or google for more)

Getting your first "real" job is hard because many employers don't want to hire you because of no experience. I got my first job (years ago) through one of those agencies that you pay for job referrals, I didn't realize how much they charged (scammish) but I'd been placed in a job where the employer liked me so much they paid the agency fee for me :-)

EDIT 2/6: As for your ADHD, you're diagnosed? treatment? meds?
Here's some sites that might be helpful, and may be able to give you addtl info for jobs and possible free help through goverment (may be considered a disability?):

Take an entry level position as a waiter in a restaurant. You will make decent $$ and the experience will allow you to move to better paying restaurants. If you can not get on as a waiter, then find another job somewhere else.

As a last option, go to the local employment agency and see what they have available.
