How do you find Deadbeat father in England?
My child born this January in USA to myself American citizen however father of child Jamaican citizen while 3month pregnant fled to England currently employeed as ICT teacher Northampton through UK work VISA.I am in process file Child support order.I only have copy award letter 21,900 salary as a teacher plus school address.I sent over parent letter through Fed Ex but father never sent information back to add the name to Birth Certificate by state law...We suppose got marry went through IVF infertitlity inorder conceive this baby... father promised be financial supportative none that ever happen.I suffered complications high blood pressure,low anemia, and bed rest.I repeatly called father to get help b/c do not qualified for federal help...I work full time as social worker on maternity leave without benefits.Oct,Nov,Dec,Jan. keep telling me going to send financial help still waiting

I found out lady Virginia went through similar situation only difference man signed Birth Ceritificate but not biological father took about a month etc...She currently recieving money garnish from man salary instead getting welfare

The only way you will get his address is through his employer in Northampton.
He will,of course ,not like you doing this.But write to them and explain why it is you wish to contact him.
If you have no contact number for the school/college or the address where he works then I suggest you telephone the Northampton Education Authority-their number is U.K. access code from where you are [phone] and ask for the details of his workplace.
Even if the end result is you get nothing from him financially,you'll have the satisfaction of having given him a deserved reputation for what he is.

DO NOT let this man off with anything! Make him take responsiblity for a child HE wanted! Try the electorol roll uk, that is a good place to start, will provide his address. If not try a private dective they are not that expensive the office based ones. May be £50 max (so worth it). This man is a disgrace to his child! I have gone through exactly the same, believe me you WILL get your money eventually! DO NOT GIVE UP and do listen to these idiots on here who want you just to provide and not fight for any money for your child, they are irrsponsible and got no moral. I saw one question that suggested women who claim child support are slags, and women to were saying such things. May be these people think others should always shoulder the responsibility, but they have clearly been brought up wrong! You are well rid of a slime ball like this.

I have to deal with a dead beat dad right here within 5 miles. He waits 3 months then he pays the minimum. The minimum keeps the law off of him for another 3 months. This system in Missouri, needs reworked. The deadbeat dads know the system and work it. Good luck. Maybe the United Nations. They are suppose to be the new police force for the world right.

child support agency in the uk has closed as it couldnt keep tabs on our dead beat fathers so i dont think they will get yours
