what exactly do you mean by groins? anatomically, structurally or physiologically? If by groins, you mean the lower pelvic area with the genitalia, the groins of women are built for the specific purpose of procreation -- hence differ from men.

I am a physician and I have never been able to figure out what a groin is. Somewhere below the waist I think.
