The question seems to wonder if there are radio stations for *certain* bits of London, not the whole lot.
In which case: yes. Lots of them.
Time 106.8 - http://www.mediauk.com/radio/152/time-106.8 - covers Greenwich and Dartford.
Resonance FM - http://www.mediauk.com/radio/437/resonance104.4fm - covers the South Bank in the centre of London.
Radio Jackie - http://www.mediauk.com/radio/224/107.8-radio-jackie - covers the south-west of London.
...and so on.
Radio stations that cover the whole of London include Virgin 105.8FM, Capital, Heart, Magic, Kiss, LBC, etc etc.
