I like it because it's thin and small. Plus mine's the Red one so I love it because i think the colour is great and i'm doing something for charity (even if it's a small thing). It's also pretty easy to use.
I don't like it because it freezes up sometimes, and the camera doesn't have a flash.
Mine was free because I'm on contract. (I pay £20 a month for £60's worth of 'credit', with T-Mobiles Flex.)

i have the razar, it is thin and cool looking good camara plus vedio also, i have red one and i'm loving it, it cost me $50.00 from t-mobil.
