Hawksmoor by Peter Ackroyd - does anyone know where I can get some information on themes, characterisation etc

Please don't say Amazon! Any good literary websites, books etc, I have looked, but there dosen't seem to be a lot of information on the web.

Ackroyd has to be one of the finest writers of our times, and if you haven't read his "English Music", well ...

Also check out "The Collection" by him.

You could always try reading the book. That's always a pretty safe bet
