No, but one time i was at a restraunt and my hair is light. I was having spaghetti and when i was done my waiter picked up my plate and droped a noodle in my hair! And you couldn't even tell that it was in there! It was so hard to get out but it was so funny! All my friends were laughing at me 4 days!

How can you possibly answer this question in a serious manner? No, I've never seen anyone's hair look like spaghetti. And how could anyone possibly have hair actually made of spaghetti.
Are inquiring because you want to know why angel hair pasta is called that?

You can't expect serious answers to a question where you ask if people know someone with spaghetti for hair. My whole family has hair like that.

I have seen people that do some pretty strange things to their hair. But I can't remember thinking that looks like spaghetti

That one football player in the Super Bowl had hair that looks like spaghetti. Granted, BLACK spaghetti, but it looks like spaghetti. This is not meant to sound racist. it is just unusual looking spaghetti like hair.

Lol a few years ago there was a lady who had a baby that used to get on my train sometimes, and her hair was seriously spaghetti-like.
The closest thing that there is to spaghetti hair is betty spaghetti! haha

I saw a homeless person one time that had hair that was so badly matted it did look like spaghetti, that made me feel bad.

Yes, indeed, the year was 1988 and we bumped into a guy in Europe like that. We called him meatball. We all took him out to dinner. We decided on Chinese. He met his future wife there, the waitress, Ramen.

the closest thing ive seen to that was my sisters hair when she was pregnant. she had a woman bleach her hair (it was a really nice caramel blonde) but she left the stuff in for too long and her hair ended up being exactly like dolls hair! it was like plastic! awful!
