i sure hope your not in a position that you think this might be the case with you . you seem young too young to be having sex.
a women will not have a period when she is pregnant . that is the first and most important sign .
bio-chemical changes in the body occur as well and the change can be detected with some pregnancy test that are available from drug stores with out a doctors permission.

No period (not always the case), nausea (not always the case), and an over the counter pregnancy test (not 100% accurate). See your OBGYN, and don't be shy about it. Seriously, its not something to be shy about. Next time, protect yourself or abstain--especially if you are not wanting to be...if you are wanting to have a child, best of luck!

you can take a pregnancy test 5 days before your missed period

The first sign are your breast, they get very tender and swollen, even before the day when you were supposed to get your period.
