Put subject tutorial in your seach window and you'll find many such sites. Choose the one whose explanations and graphics help you the best.
Some of my favorites are anything you find on
http://www.purplemath.com (see also http://www.purplemath.com/modules/index.htm) and http://www.sosmath.com
For example put polynomial equations tutorial in your search window and you'll turn up liks like this:
http://www.nipissingu.ca/algebra/tutorials/polynomials.html -
Polynomials, adding, subtracting, multiplying and divididing solutions and tutorials.
http://math.about.com/od/polynomials/Polynomial_Help.htm -
Solving Polynomial Equations

A good online tutorial is a great help, because it is well written and illustrated by professional technical writers, and you can go back to it again and again. Face to face tutoring is also good, but you have to pay for that and it's not always available. Online Q and A, like this, is limited in what you can do with availble text editor, lack of graphics, and limitations in others' time, energy, and expertise.
