It's called a 'wrap'.
Just to keep the hair laying down and slick!

It looked kind of like a head band wrap!! Not really sure, but I do know as soon as he took it off, WOW! That was hot!! :-)

i think a bandana type thing to keep the rain from messing up his face. he wouldn't be able to see if the rain was covering him i'm guessing
