Yupp he sure is....Near the "end of his life" Tupac began calling himself Makaveli. Machiavelli was an Italian war strategist who advocated faking one's death to fool their enemies. 2Pac was a fan of Machiavelli and had read his books. This is the basis that tells how he is in fact still alive most likely. But before now, no one has ever known who or where he is now. Now, the text that follows is totally thought up by me after extensive research and knowledge.
THE NEW THEORY: Ever heard of the reggae/rapper Cham or Baby Cham. After Tupac's "death" he moved to Jamaica for a couple of years to cool down. As a young boy, Tupac was always interested in reggae as well as obviously rap. Tupac's love for music for probably so great that he decided instead of rapping and giving away his biggest secret, why not fulfill his other passion, reggae. So he did this and now he is reggae artist Baby Cham. Want more proof, Cham spelled backwards is Mahc...I dont know about you but thats pretty close to Mach for Machavelli, his lifelong idol and record company. Check is out for yourself but I'm confident this is "The Answer."

Tupac is dead. There have been rumors that he lives in Africa but it aint true. Don't believe it
