What do you mean by places? Buildings? Cities in the empire?

As far as buildings: I would say The Senate Building, The Columseum (which they actually filled with water to have Navel Battles), The palaces for the Emporers, and Circus Maxiums, and Some of the ancient temples used to worship the gods. Religion was an important part of Anchient Rome.
