I have a phobia of holding anything, not just babies; pencils, telephones, sandwiches- they're all nightmares for me.

When my wife gave birth to our 1st son I could'nt bring myself to hold him for 3 days as I was so petrified I'd break him!!
Needless to say son no.3 was born 3 weeks ago and I aint that nervous anymore. Can't wait to finish work and hold him in my arms.

I'm good at holding babies. I cross my legs and put the babies head on my knee and they love it.

No, I used to hold my twin boys in each arm. Babies are tougher than you think. ( I dont mean go around dropping them though...!)

I was at first because I was afraid of dropping them or hurting their necks. Once I got used to it I was fine.
