The dizziness is probably coming from your inner ear. If possible, try holding your nose and blowing until your ear pops. This gets the fluid from your eustasian tube moving. It's part of a cold, it sucks, but if your ear starts hurting, see a doctor.

I'd make a visit to the ER. You don't have to have money right then to see them and some ER's have a pharmacy that will fill your script and have it put on your bill. Sounds like a really bad sinus infection. Different antibiotics treat different things so maybe this one isn't the right one. With all this cold weather hitting the nation, alot of people are getting sick. But I'd go there. Good luck and hope you get better soon!

you cough for one month also running fever lately.I guess that you had uri at beginning with virus infection and set in bronchitis could be bacterial infection. In this case most physician will not prescribed cepahlexin(keflex)because it is 1st generation of cephalosporins and many offensive agent is Resistance to it.You need 3rd or 4th generation of cep. or other antibiotic such as azithromycin.Since you already cough for one months if prolong or fever again you need chest x-ray to r/o pneumonia.Sorry you don't have health insurance but for your health you do not have choice. Those medicines which I suggest is expensive( more then 100$ per prescription.
