Ok that guy is a weirdo conspiracy theorist and doesn't need to answer any more questions.

So, to answer your question, no one knows what will stimulate the economy. The reason why is because if some one did know people would enter that market because they would make a lot of money. Today, people are speculating about what the next big market is going to be. Take for example the dot com rush in the late 90's. We still have not fully realized the advantages to society the Internet is capable of.

The Economy is permanently changing, or the country will perish. All nations that didn't listen to the necessities of the people, unfortunately in great periods of peace, started the process of chocking the enterprise and fatally found war as the only way to stabilize. Shocks are painful and insecure for society. For instance, say a Democrat wins the next elections. Ask any candidate if he (or she) will halt the war immediately and call the troops.

There are a lot of examples from history of different economic systems, but almost all had money. Without money, to exchange goods you must barter, that is find someone that has what you want who wants what you have. This is very time consuming and inefficient and only works when people produce most of what they consume. When you look around the world , the worst poverty exists where people are subsistence farmers. Without money, that is what we would all be.
