All the matches I saw he lost. Maybe he couldn't live up to his fathers legacy. I found this on Wikipedia but we all know how credible they are:
David became semi-retired after that to work for a medical supplies company. He occasionally returns to the ring for independent shows on weekends. He did do a tour for AJPW in 2004.
David was in a dark match before an episode of WWE Smackdown! in the spring of 2006, in which he lost to William Regal.
David officially retired from the wrestling business on December 2, 2006. His last match took place against Joey Morton at the Brushfork Armory in Bluefield, WV.

With the available exception of the very "previous college" Finlay i do not imagine any of immediately's wrestlers could have a occupation see you later as flair. immediately's form of wrestling is better risky than contained in the previous, with the overuse of guns and gimmick matches, and the volatile severe-flying maximum look to do. immediately's wrestlers should be better muscular and in better effective structure yet their form of wrestling does not foretell a lengthy occupation. major injuries ensue with troubling frequency, and not in any respect purely contained in the WWE.

He wrestled in WWE's developmental territory for awhile, but they weren't looking to call him up anytime soon so he started working indy shows instead. I don't think he ever had the size or athleticism to really stand out, though, especially considering what he's got to live up to.
