We spend far too much time and effort trying to control things that are not worth the struggle. Many things that worry us are really unimportant, we have just gotten overinvolved and lost our bearings. Are you trying to change things that you can not realistically change? Sometimes you have to learn to walk away versus continuous battering of your head against a brick wall!
Just remember that you will pull through this one, people always do. “Sometimes, struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If we were to go through our life without any obstacles, we would be crippled. We would not be as strong as what we could have been. Give every opportunity a chance, leave no room for regrets.”

Everyone feels like this from time to time. If it happens all the time though I would look into getting some help. At the very least talk to a friend or family member. Things will get better. Sometimes you just have to wait them out.

As was said above we all have blue day's but if these day's turn into weeks and weeks into month's you may need to go to the doctor to see if you have a chemical inbalance or depression. If it's just one day I d say try to keep yourself busy and do thing's to try to get yourself out of the mood. Sometimes rainy cloudy day's bring me down. But i do suffer from depression and wasted alot of my life not realising it once I was diagnosed I learned coping skills and take meds but I feel 100% better.
Good Luck

I know that feeling, all you have to do is remember things will get better, you will get out of this whole you in. Think of all the positive things in your life - use them to overshadow the bad. Remember there is always someone who is worst off then you & you should be thankful you not in their situation

If all our days were bright colors- don't you think it would be boring?
Blue days- make the best out of them- take it easy and go with the flow- that's how I deal with them.
May you find the power to turn your blue day into a colorful one.
:-)
