Sometimes I have trouble believing myself, so it's no surprise that those around me might have the same problem. The answer is to believe in yourself first.

Well, issue with trust? Anyway, you don't have to believe anyone, but throw caution to the wind and just start believing something, unless you know they are lying big time.

Belief comes from many things. To the true essence, belief is the acceptance of something out one's own "circle of beliefs," that is to say, your own established truths. When one is exposed to new information, his mind makes these details go through a system that filters out what it chooses to accept. In an instant, his mind compares facts from his "circle of beliefs" and determine other factors, including power of influence and reliability of the source.

Now, from these, we go simply to this: do we choose to accept the stated as TRUE? In the end, after all this filtering, it all really comes down to faith, as in even if there isn't much evidence to prove something is true, or both sides show equallity in realibility, one accepts it as true.

I've been wondering about such things. I have come to believe there is 2 kinds of knowledge: feelings and intelligence (these are just labels). Feelings are abstract. And intelligence is what is (according to the set order of things) solid. From both forms, we make decisions, and determine facts.

From feelings, which we are more strongly attached to, especially subconciously, we become confident in our decision. From intelligence, which comes from many other people and sources that we have come to believe, we grow even MORE confident in our decision. We both need the solid and abstract sorts of knowledge to determine our confidence in a decision.

In the end, it all comes down to you. Will you believe it or not, it is by what you think is true. And do not forget that you also have to learn to trust other people. Not just those who believe in the same things as you. You must remember that everyone is human, and that every study ever created in this Earth was made by a human.

If you choose to believe me, I will thank you much for it.

If not, I will respect your decision.

But NEVER forget to believe in yourself!
