The only way to hide an Adam's apple is with a turtle neck or a lot of makeup. A slip is always nice to wear under a dress or a skirt so yer buy a few and get them in different Lengths.

It is really easy to find a bra size. Many woman's catalogs give good instructions in measuring yourself. But here comes a problem, are you endowed in the chest? If so, then follow the instructions. If not and you need to use breast forms, pick a cup size that fits the forms.
Best way to hide the Adams apple is with a scarf. I like to use a sheer black one.
Nails? Apply polish. Try and stick with neutral colors so you don't stand out in a crowd.
And for my fav item, a slip. A full slip will work with most skirt and blouse outfits and dresses. A half slip is great for the warmer times and with shirts. They make the clothing lie smooth.

Best to stick with thrift shops like goodwill or Salvation Army until you are sure of your size and style. Your adams apple can be hidden with a scarf or a turtleneck. As far as slips go, wear one or don't wear one, kinda depends on what you think of them, although they do feel wonderful on your skin. Fingernails, unless you are completly out, I would not paint them, or use clear polish on them. Toenails, I love to paint mine, nothing sexier that seeing your toenails peeking out from under your nylons. A good forum to join is www.crossdressers.com. Good luck with it and have fun.
