Eating 1,000,000 peanuts in 2 minutes would require a person to eat 8333 1/3 peanuts every second. So I would say it is not possible.

2 minutes = 120 seconds

1000000 / 120 = 8333.333

Of course if you have an unlimited amount of people, you could get 1000000 people to get the 1000000 peanuts and then each person would only have to eat 1 peanut.

The human stomach can expand to contain approximately 4 liters. 1 liter = 1000 cubic centimeters. Let us assume that a peanut is roughly equivalent to a cubic centimeter. That means that your stomach would be able to contain nearly 4000 peanuts, plus or minus a margin of error. That is only 4% of your goal of 100,000 peanuts. Since the amount of digestion that occurs in 2 minutes would be negligible, I'm going to call this myth busted before even trying it.
