I once got pulled over going 70 in a 35 and i told the cops there were 4 guys in a silver Chrysler chasing me. Then before i knew it, a silver Chrysler drove by. I hope he gave them my ticket!

I always do the same thing... act annoyed (stupid, I know, but I'm an open book). Sometimes I get the ticket, sometimes I get a warning. It's random.

tell the officer that you saw a person exactly like him begging in the road and so you was so happy that he is out of job and didn't cared about the ticket

Tell the cop you are having really bad stomach cramps and you will be dumping a load in the car if you can't get to a toilet!!!
