To me that's a hard question to answer. Some people DO care. I think we all fall in a hole sometimes where we've cared to much or done so much that we are simply "tired". Go figure. It's been found that one can care one minute and not the next...

Most have given up accepted their fate as if most of the world is suffering the stockholm syndrome. The internet however tends to bring out the worst in people and the worst people, so its not a good indication of society in general.
