i just got a used 2005 scion TC, and i love it, but my only thing, is when you are driving and you turn the wheel hard ether left or right, the front end of the car thumps. but it ONLY dose this when the car is cold. what could this be?

swaybar bushing may be loose just a guess but only thing i could think of with out driveing it

Since this car is a 2005, there may still be some warrenty left on the car, go to the Toyota dealer and have them run the VIN number and check for factory warrenty. If the factory warrenty is still in effect, then have the shop check out the noise. I am sure that you probably do not have a problem, but always better to be safe than sorry!

This might be the CV joints making a clicking noise when they are cold.
