Doc ie Bones on the original Star Trek(needed anger management),
Troi on TNG(know it all that you wanted to slap),
Voyager was the Janeway(she was too pompous),
DS9 had pretty good characters it was pretty balanced.
I can't remember watching Enterprise although I heard Scifi Channel brought it back this week and airing all episodes.

Q that guy was the most annoying character in the history of Star Trek. He basically turned the Enterprise-D into a cirrus half the time and ticked off a lot of the crew.

Janeway's voice is a little grating, but I think Q is the most annoying character.

Hey - Why does everyone hate Q?? I think he's hilarious! Annoying to me is Beverly Crusher. I don't know why , I just never could stand her.
Outside of the show, I hate William Shatner. I will avoid a movie if he's in it. As Kirk he was alright, just not since then.

Q was a good character, Guanin's alright, and Janeway was a good captain.
The most annoying character would probably have to be Alaxander (worfs son). well, the most annoying one i can think of at the moment.

For me, it was Q. For someone with supposedly so many omnipotent powers, he spent a lot of being extremely petty.
