The guy is sick and probably really has a child-like face. Some people do when they shave completely. Sad though. Kids should e encouraged to tell, tell, tell when they are harrassed and anyone who harrasses kids should be put in the slammer for a long, long, long time.

Unfortunately as the understaffed, over crowded schools continue to try to meet testing standards, little things (such as actually being aware of your students) are getting pushed aside. I think many schools gather the required information but never make any attempt to verify its accuracy. Which is scary in its own right, since even shot records, etc could be forged, especially if a child is moving from state to state.

i havent seen the guy yet, but if he looks young enough, i dont know. their school needs to do what ours does- every student and faculty member must wear an id badge at all times. now days anybody can get anything, fake id, fake school records, etc.
i guess thats something they wouldnt have suspected would ever happen. maybe this will teach schools to do a better check on people.
