As a former maximum cancers affected person, i chanced on in my opinion Christmas Day/New 365 days grew to become into tiring, and for each guy or woman else's sake I sat there smiling and being as relaxing as a probability. not that my family individuals did not make an effort, anybody did, yet that grew to become into the concern, i did not choose all the better interest, better presents, particular attention and fuss, all i wanted grew to become into normality. It took a at the same time as and four cancers later, that my pals and family individuals began to handle this holiday season only like numerous different day, with not something better or particular, only difficulty-free presents and kin around me. it is the youngsters in wellness midsection over this era, that choose cheering, donate toys (new ones) and sponsor the Macmillan have confidence, it is all everyone can ask. Have a satisfied and healthful Christmas Caramac x

Unfortunately i have my Grandad was diagnosed with lung cancer last May he was told he only had over a year to live but he died two months later. He was only 74.
It was a big shock to all the family to lose him so quickly but i am glad he didnt have to suffer anymore he got really ill a week before he died and was taken in to hospital he lost his voice and could not eat.
He kept saying he had lived his life and was arranging to get his suit dry cleaned i think deep down he knew what was coming.
It is a sad time for anyone who has to go through anything like that but they will always be up there looking out for us.

I lost my grandmother to cancer. I didn't even know her. My parents never introduced her to me while she was healthier. I wish I could have known her a little better before she died.
