Hillary or her people started the rumor to help with her campaign with black voters, after her own dismal attempt of "and you know what I'm talking about" and neck rolling didn't jibe.

If this rumor were based on what was accomplished for blacks then Abe would have gotten the title...or what about JFK- as he was for civil rights and a "playa" too.
