If they have enough room and the little angel isn't TOO small, then generally speaking, no, the big one won't attack. In my experience, the highest level of aggression between angelfish is when you have two that are the same size, because they fight for dominance. If the biggest one really is the biggest one, he knows, and should not feel the need to bully the little guys too much.
However, 30 gallons is not big enough for you to get any more angelfish. You *could* get away with keeping a pair, like a bonded, mating pair, but not two angelfish that haven't paired, because there WILL be aggression between the two if they don't have enough room to spread out. If you want more than one angelfish, I would suggest you bring your large one to the petstore and trade for a group of 4-5 little ones, then keep the first two that pair off.
Otherwise, you'll have to look into getting some other fish, like a school of tetras.

Actually they will attack many smaller fish. This is usually them trying to establish dominance. If you keep them well fed, provide plenty of places for them to hide, and watch your smaller fish for a while they will finally get used to each other. I have a 55 gallon tank that had 4 adults two of which are a breeding pair and a year ago I added two new angel fish. The adults picked at them for a while but now they are all buddies.

I don't think there is any real doubt that the larger angel will attack and bully the smaller one. Is there some small outside chance it would work? Sure, but it's so small that you wouldn't be smart to try. If you can't find angels the same size as your you might consider trading yours in for store credit. Odds are good the store would give you enough for 2 smaller angels plus some extra.

Yes, generally it will attack a smaller angel. The best thing to do is try to approximate the size of your current angel.
