I don't know but dust is my enemy boil water keep the humitity up and just keep filters clean in furnace and buy an air cleaner I have so much dust it makes me sick

Keeping dust off of surfaces is nearley impossible. Your only recourse it to try to eliminate the source of the dust if possible.
A room air purifier with a H.E.P.A filter would be a help.

if you have hot air heat, there are filters that you can buy (Home Depot) to put in the registers. You will have to change them often. But it is worth the effort. These are in addition to the one at the furnace.

change the furnace filter - might slow it down some

Place clear plastic over it. works everytime.
