Moneypenny is from Bond, I believe. Professor Moriarty went over the falls with Sherlock Holmes.
We don't know for sure yet that Harry dies. So this is a moot point until then.
Also, it is JK Rowling's choice whether or not she wants to keep writing about Harry. It is her character, her world. If she doesn't want to write about him anymore, she shouldn't be "forced" to by her fans, who should respect her decision. I adore the Harry Potter series, but I would hate for JKR to start to hate her own creations just because she was pushed into writing more of it, past the end of her original storyline.
