That is a very broad question! The answer is dependent on the question: What do I want from a place I live? Do I want to earn a living? Are there many jobs of the type I'm interested in in that city? Am I looking for love? Are there many opportunities to find it? Is it clean air or fast cars I'm interested in? Are there educational institutions I would like to use there? There are many sources you can use to look for these answers. One is "Money" magazine which can take you through a process of choosing based on your requirements.
