Do to the most recent case of audio leaking when friendly fire kill the Brit who leaked this out-this is obvious that our own military did it and what do this say about them? What a horrible thing that happened but no way should they go to jail for this. I feel sorry for anyone that puts their trust in the military when they will stab you in the back as soon as they can.

If it provides the necessary evidence then Yes. The U.S. must submit all involved, not just the pilots to the British judicial system. How can you mistake a light tank for a flat bed truck?
