If you've watched 130 episodes so far, you should stop looking for an answer.
It still hasn't been revealed And i've watched all 218 episodes so far.
The 4th Hokage couldn't defeat the Kyuubi so the only other option was to seal it away in a baby. (Don't ask me why, its real twisted logic.)
Anyways many people speculate he sealed it in Naruto because Naruto is the 4th Hokage's son. But no evidence has been found to prove it, only the fact they both have blond spikey hair.
Anyways, none of this has been cleared up in the anime so far, and it's approaching the last episode of pt.1 Naruto, and is heading into the 2 1/2 year timeskip.
Hopefully more things will be cleared up then.

No. In this show when people die, they don't come back unless it wasn't them. That had the the 4th because he died using that sealing jutsu. I agree that he is Naruto's dad but not the akatsuki leader. i think the akatsuki leader is the the dude in the stone statue in the valley of death(not the hokage, the one Sasuke stood on). That would explain why he knows so much about the leaf village. As for his age, im sure he has some technique that gives him immortality seeing how at least 3 of his followers are kinda immortal(orochimaru, hidan, and kakusu (sp?)).

I think the answer is obvious, but someone might disprove me. The Hokage wanted to prevent further destruction of the village. If your question was more specific, this'd be easier to answer.
If you're asking why he chose Naruto out of other people:
Because he was a newborn and didn't understand anything yet. It'd be cruel logic to force it into an adult and an adult could easily run away or fight back.
If you're asking why he wanted to seal it:
Stop further destruction because so far no one has been able to KILL the 9-tailed fox, might as well STOP it.
If you're asking why the 4th Hokage did it rather than someone else =P:
The 4th has the level of ability to perform such a seal (although it killed him) and would sacrifice his life. The other Hokage might not have enough chakra/stamina to perform that seal.
Hope I helped.

The reason he chose Naruto is because Naruto is his son. None of the other villagers would willing sacrifice their child for the greater good. Haven't you notice the similarity between the 4th Hokage and Naruto?

Isn't it because naruto was the only newborn baby at that moment, and they needed a just been born baby.
Also theres all these fan storys about the 4th hokage being narutos dad. Which does actually make sense cause they look so alike.

I do believe that they said that they needed a baby who had a freshly cut umbilical cord to preform the jutsu, and seal the Fox away for good. It makes sense since there isn't really anything stronger to seal such power in. Plus, I was thinking that since a baby's chakra hadn't developed yet, when it did it would fuse with the fox demons and that would help keep the Nine Tailed Fox more so under control.

because it was distroying everything. The real question is why and why did they seal it up in Naruto of all things and I guess later on in the series more will be revealed

To avoid the destruction of the village, and since it was virtually impossible to defeat the Kyuubi.
