No, but like the other person, I've come close. If it does happen, I am sure you would not be the first the Dr has witnessed!!

lol.. close... especially while the tech is there pushing on the very full bladder... lol... but no... thankfully.... ;)

if you are concerned about having an accident? might want to wear a pad?
