It's fashionable! Anyway, if you live in the UK take a look out the window, it's freezing!!!! Why would we bare our legs in this weather. I think it looks good if worn correctly, although I have seen a few versions that look a bit like halloween

Well, I don't think it's nice too...but it could be a more feminie way to dress when the air is cold. Dresses and skirts do not keep our legs warm!!!

well dharling it is FASHION. leggins are really flattering for most shapes and they can add a funky twist to clothes and stuff. i have to say i agree with you, i do like skirts with tights more than with jeans but jeans still look good...its experimenting with different ways of dressing..........soon it will b different.
