you have to keep the track of the personslife style at every possible turning point & his behaviour thereof; some idea can be made about the mind of the person;but to understand the totality of the mindset of a person is a contineous process.

First of all, in is necessary to understand nature of our own mind. Working of mind is same as computer. Power of both machines lies in logic, logic (knowledge) work like fuel for both. And very strange secret is that with the help of seasons (logic) only we can use logical power of both.
Sorry, you must be thinking that I have deviated from the topic but it was necessary to discus.
So by analysing your mind and its nature you can easily understand others moods and maturity level also.

this is not possible,if it was possible the police will not take any body for a brainmaping test, people can lie looking in to your eyes, and a innocent can like a criminal.mind reading is practicaly impossible for any normal human being, you can study a persons behaviour for some time and then gess what he may say or how he may react in some situation.but that can not be hundred parsent true.

First, please define the concept of "mind"(What do you mean when you use this word?)
My opinion is that the "mind" can be studied :
- anatomycally(brain - parts and functions)
- biochimichally
- cognitivly(mechanisms of thinking - memory, problem solving, verbal abilities, decision making, etc...)
- behavioural(actions)
I think that all these studies put together gives us an idea about the functioning of our MIND.
