saw the issues the same way? Why would I want to join the party of these hatemongers and shakedown artist? Then there is Barney Frank. Could you let a guy lead you that has spent most of his life on his knees. Then there is the Grand Dragon, Sen. Byrd, of the WV KKK. Do I want to be associated with that? Then old Ted Kennedy never met a gin he didn't like. What sleaze.

I have to agree with Pitchow, because you are going to get as answers from democrats, "Christian Reconstructionists", "Child Molestors", "Drunks", "Drug addicts", etc, etc, about members of the republican party.

The truth is, with republicans and democrats, its only one party. The "Lets fool the voters into voting for one or the other" party. Otherwise, they wouldn't be so active in trying to supress the voices of the "third party" candidates, such as the greens, the libertarians, the reform party...

Just because you vote for a certain political party doesnt mean that you agree 100% with EVERY single other person in that political party. From what you said, if one votes republican then they are a pedophile like Mark Foley.

I don't know where this myth began that everyone in a political party has to have the exact same views on all issues. A perfect example is abortion where there are democrats who are pro life and republicans who are pro choice.

As far as your comments on specific democrats are concerned, it's just the same old tired slanderous rhetoric and not worth responding to.

Pitchow! is right. There is enough sleaze on both sides of the aisle to go around.

Big money and special interests corrupt everybody who runs for national office.

Uh, no. This is apparently a mind-blowing concept to you but you can vote for someone and not agree with every single viewpoint that every single person in their party shares. I don't think anyone who votes Republican agrees that molesting children is acceptable like Mark Foley does.

By the way, I have to report you because of your homophobic slur against Barney Frank. Grow up.

I am a white working woman and I don't vote for those that will better my financial situation, I vote for the morality of our country. If you believe in the things that the dems. are pushing for then vote dem. but if you don't then don't compromise your character and beliefs for lower taxes, thats being a sell-out. Do what you feel is right.

I hate to break it to you, but the majority of politicians are slime. Regardless of party affiliation.
