If you're:
A) Christian - You sleep in your grave until judgement day
B) Hindu - Your reincarnated
C) Athiest - Your dead
I'm not entirely sure about Jewish and Muslim, but I think they're probably the same as A.

if you are talking about going to heaven and seeing the people you want to choose to see, like on some tv channel ? well, there might be some prohibitions, reserved only to family and freinds or there might indeed be too much to in the next life you wouldnt have time to think about us lowly undead mortals. LOL.
Some people describe a library of God in heaven where you dont watch what they do but that YOU can experience their life like a virtual reality. While i myself have seen multitudes of people staring back at me. or maybe just a handful

The dead know nothing. They rest in their graves until the resurrection. (either to life eternal, or to be annihilated in the lake of fire that consumes sin and sinners)
