You could also have a stomach ulcer or severe case of GERD. You need to make an appointment with your family doctor for testing. I work in an ER. It sounds like a stomach ulcer to me, I can't explain the bad breath, may come from the vomiting.

The complete medical terminology for your disease is GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE. It is the regurgitation of acid and sometimes accompanied by foods that have been earlier eaten. It is not really a "burn". It was called heartburn in layman's because of it's similar burning sensation and it is near in your heart. The reasons for that is the over accumulation of hydrochloric acid when you eat and it's abnormal. Your cardiac sphincter which is located between your esophagus and stomach is poorly functioning. As it passes through the mouth, it also leaves bad odor. So better have a good oral hygiene always. Be cautious to your health because you are risk for alterations in nutrition, less than body requirements.

You better consult a gastroenterologist for your medical prescription and he can diagnose you better.

It might not burn, the burn is the acid reflux coming up

Does it feel as if your stomach is full and the food is sitting on top?
Yes your breath would smell from it

Depending on how you feel, you could have 1 of many different illnesses, go to a doctor and tell him your symptoms, or if you dont feel like going to a doctor go see a pharmacist

This actually sounds like Acid Reflux Disease, which can be quite painful and cause all of your mentioned symptoms. Not to fear, there is a medication that you can purchase over the counter called Prilosec, it works wonders.
If you should decide not to try it, then I would recommend going to your Physician, because Acid Reflux can cause a lot of internal damage, as in it actually burns the lining of your esophagus... so do try something, ok?

I rarely have heart"burn". I usually feel nausea and burp a lot too- a couple of tums and I feel much better.

I don't vomit though... When I had that problem, my cholesterol was way out of whack. You may want to get your blood tested and see what your cholesterol numbers are. Once I got my numbers down, my nausea/vomitting and overall ew-ness went away.
