titling a proposal: what would you say?

hi i need to sent out proposals to different companies requesting assistance with resources we need for our community project. we need things like vihecles, tents ,bycycles etc.now i have been thinking about the heading of this doc.I came up with the following:
Request for technical assistance
" " strategic assistace
" " logistic assistace

sorry I not very good at formal grammar and documents but i have been given this task. i will highly appreciate. i would like to wite an impressive doc and catchy sound title

How about something like...

"Can You Help Our Community Project?"

Write a few line explaining what your community project is, who you help, how you help. Maybe add some photos to really bring it to life,and make it really real to the reader, that REAL people get a lot from the community project.

Then explain that your group needs help, and explain what help (and resources) you need.

Don't forget to thank them!

Write to all your local companies, banks, shops, put adverts on freecycle, and anyone else you can think of! They may be able to come and help you rather than donating things/money, or they may be able to match money you raise yourselves.
