If it's stiff you should rub it....... a LOT........

When THEY are stiff, I wiggle them around a bit and they loosen up.

Well, usually by the time you "limp" to the bathroom for a piss, it unstiffens quite a bit.....Must be the therapeutic value of walking....

That was a cute header. :) You can roll them slowly clock wise then counter clock wise. also flex you toes up and point them to the floor. Good look with your stiffy. ;)
